very close to everything of interest, many metro stations close by, friendly staff, nice breakfast internet use should be free of charge, the usage time cost was a bit spicy, doesn't cost much to the hotel |

Nice room. Could be a little bigger. The breakfast was also good. Climate control was not optimal. Was a little war but we closed the central heating in the bathroom. |

Very friendly and helpful staff; very clean; good breakfast spread. Parking is several blocks away; beds a bit firm; pillows uncomfortable. |

the staff are excellent and the hotel is very clean There is only one English TV channel(CNN). They should provide more English TV channles. And the breakfast is very good except that all the meats are pork.They should provide beef or chicken lunchon as well. |

A clean bright friendly hotel in an excellent location in the center of Madrid. Excellent service and good breakfast. The only complaint is the bed was too hard. |
